Each mat comes with a digital download of our Exclusive Yogi Bare Magazine – Ride The Wave. A mental health toolkit full of interviews, inspiration, poetry and practical tips from surfers, swimmers, illustrators and poets.
As well as this we have chosen to donate proceeds from each sale to The Wave Project. The Wave Project is a national surf therapy charity that works with young people to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. The charity began life on a single beach in Cornwall ten years ago and now works with children across the UK.
